Meet Our Dedicated Team

Francy has been in the dental profession for over 30 years. She has been here at Northeast Family Dental Care Elgin for almost 20 years. From dental assisting to office management, she is very knowledgeable with the dental procedures performed here at our office.

Francy is bilingual in Spanish and English. She handles scheduling, billing, financing, and all dental insurance matters at our office. Our patients have been greeted by her smiling, joyful personality for 20 years. She looks forward to speaking with you!
Outside of the office, Francy enjoys spending time with her two sons, working out, traveling (she has been to over 20 countries), and is a big Cubs fan. Go Cubs Go!

Rae has experience in chair-side dental assisting for over 40 years! She has taken various continuing education courses and is certified to polish adult and children’s teeth.

In addition to assisting Dr. Arshad, Rae takes x-rays, impressions and makes whitening trays and temporary crowns. Rae has been with Northeast Family Dental Care Elgin for 14+ years and is a great asset to our team.

Outside of the office, Rae is involved with PADS outreach at her church. She has 2 grandchildren. She enjoys spending her free time in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Tiffany started out chair-side assisting back in 2000. She then graduated from the dental hygiene program at Parkland College in 2001, and has been one of our three dental hygienists ever since!
Tiffany enjoys the relationships she has formed with her patients over the years; her patients love her! Her gentle touch allows patients to have a very comfortable experience during their visits.

In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys reading, exercising, trying new wines and spending time with her family and friends. Outside of the office, you’ll likely find her attending her son’s ice hockey games.

Tish has been invaluable to our office for over 20 years! She started as a chair-side assistant, moved to the front desk position, and then went back to school to study dental hygiene. Tish graduated from Harper College’s dental hygiene program and has been part of our dental hygiene team since 2003.
Tish takes special attention in getting to know her patients, which always puts them at ease. She enjoys spending time with her family, which includes three beautiful children.

Carolyn has been working at Northeast Family Dental Care Elgin for over 10 years. She has over 25 years of dental hygiene experience. She graduated from the University of Kentucky dental hygiene program and has taken various continuing education courses. These courses include periodontal disease treatment, children’s dentistry and treatment for the sensitive patient.
